User Guide, carrying case and warranty card. Instructions Hold the round end of
the test strip with the gray electrode side up and insert the test strip into
the meter until it stops. Bring the tip of the test strip to lightly touch the
drop of blood. Hold until the meter beeps. The test result will be displayed
after a 15 second countdown. For complete procedure, refer to User Guide. Store
meter at room temperature 59-86 degrees F - 15-30 degrees C. Important: Before
using these products, read the package inserts carefully. Store them between
